Privacy Notice

Effective October 18, 2026. This notice covers consumercomplainthelp.com, published as Consumer Complaint Help. For privacy questions or requests, use our contact page. This website provides information and preparation tools; it does not accept consumer complaints for filing with businesses or agencies.

Messages you send us

Our contact form asks for your name, email address, subject, and message. Submitting the form transmits that information through the website and its email infrastructure so the site operator can read and respond to your request. Hosting, email, and security providers may process information involved in delivering or protecting the service.

Use the form for website questions, corrections, and resource suggestions. Do not include full account numbers, payment-card details, passwords, government identification numbers, or sensitive complaint evidence. We do not publish your message as a consumer review. Contact us if you need to ask about access to, correction of, or deletion of a message you submitted; applicable obligations may affect what can be removed.

Complaint preparation tools

The guided complaint builder and editable template process your text in your browser. Their code does not submit your draft to us or store it in a site account. Downloads create a file on your device. The tools do not save your edits for a later visit; keep your own copy before leaving. This does not prevent a browser, device backup, or browser extension from retaining information under its own settings.

The rest of the page can still load the analytics and advertising services described below. Keep identifying details out of the online worksheet and add them to your own downloaded copy when needed by the verified recipient.

Site visits and Google Analytics

The site loads Google Analytics to help measure visits and use of the website. Depending on settings and consent, Google may process device and browser information, online identifiers, referring pages, approximate location, and page interactions. Hosting and security systems may also process request logs, such as IP addresses and timestamps, to deliver and protect the site.

Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google’s privacy policy. Google also offers a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Advertising and cookies

The site loads Google AdSense code and has applied to display ads. Loading this code is not a statement that Google has approved the site or that ads are currently being served.

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a person’s prior visits to this or other websites. Google’s advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site and other sites on the internet. Where personalized advertising is enabled and permitted, you can manage personalization through Google My Ad Center. You can also review participating companies’ choices at YourAdChoices.

Your browser lets you manage or delete cookies. Blocking cookies or scripts can change how parts of the site work. Advertising consent requirements depend on location and the services enabled; a privacy notice alone does not substitute for required consent controls.

External links

When you follow a link to an agency, company, settlement administrator, or another website, that destination handles information under its own practices. Read its privacy and submission instructions before sending personal documents. We do not control those services.

Questions and changes
